Our Mission

Pioneer Student Council provides the student body with an opinion and place in the Pioneer's administration; we are to be the voice of the student body. The council also proves the  Pioneer student body with educational opportunities, exciting events, and with recognition of student achievement.

Our Sub Committees.

Pioneer’s Student Council is made up of four sub-committees. Each committee specializes in a different aspect of Student Council.

Student Council's Social Committee works to provide each student with fun and exciting social events, throughout the year. We plan homecoming, raves, prom, and various other activities. We meet about twice a month, although more often before events. Join us have and create fun!

Student Council's Philanthropy Committee works to help the student body give back to the greatest Washtenaw Country community/ We hold food drives, coat drives, support Toys for Tots, and hold bake sales to support our community. We meet two to three times a month.

Student connections

Student Council's Student Connections Committee works to update the student body about events, opportunities, and Pioneer history through social media, surveys, and educational seminars. We meet twice a month but occasionally more often before big events.

Alumni connections

Student Councils' Alumni Connections Committee works to connect current students to alumni who have gone on to greatness. We organize the Alumni Hall of Honor, the Academic Awards Assembly, and other events/ We typically meet two to three time as month, but more often before out events.
